Literature Text
Melody arose from her unexpected slumber, and looked around to see she was on the ground, lights off, in one of North's toy rooms. She had a warm golden blanket and pillow, and suddenly felt angry at the memory of Jack's cruel harsh words. She looked over and saw the motionless body of Jack lying on the other side of the room.
She had a half a mind to sing a pain spell into the boy's ear, but thought better of it as she stood up slowly, trying hard not to wake him. She heard whispers from the other room and she looked through a slight crack in the door to see the 4 Guardians quarreling amongst each other.
"Mate, I'm telling you! She's dangerous!" Bunnymund hissed. There talking about me, Melody thought.
"I fail to see how that young girl is dangerous in any way!" North spit back. Bunny's ears bent down in anger, and his fists slammed on the large table that luckily separated them.
"Guys calm down! We all know we need to tell her why she is hear. After all, MiM did pick her." Tooth reasoned. Sandy suddenly jumped up on the table, and in the center he showed the hovering image of Pitch riding one of his horses.
"Yes Sandy we know.." North whispered. He rubbed his beard with his large hand, lost in thought. Melody suddenly heard Jack stirring, and quickly jumped back over to her makeshift bed. Pretending to wake up with him, she looked over and saw him stretch his long muscular arms, yawning widely.
"And the mighty prince awakes..." she whispered mockingly over to him. Jack whipped his head, and gave Melody a spiteful look.
"Coming from miss hummingbird, petal picker!" he hissed back quietly. So far in the dark, Melody couldn't help but smile at this clever come back, and was almost glad the old friend was using her nickname again. Melody lied back down, and began to fall back to sleep.
Jack however didn't, and looking over at Melody he began to smile. He slid over to the large window gracefully, and sat himself down on the thick ledge. He looked up at the moon, which was shining it's brightest ever.
"Would you like to tell me something?" Jack whispered and was only answered with a scuttle of footsteps. He whipped his head over and saw Melody settling herself across from him, looking at the moon also.
"You can try all you want Frostbite, he won't answer." she said bowing her head down sadly. Jack became angry and blew a cold gust of wind towards Melody.
"Hey! What was that for?" she hissed. Jack didn't answer and just looked at the moon, desperately wanting an answer. Nothing.
"It's the littlest thing I could do, compared to some things you've done to me." He retorted.
"What do you mean? Like finally walking away from your pitiful excuse of a friendship, after you pelted me with snowballs, that felt like ice bricks." she spit back sharply. Anger began to coil inside of her, and she felt scared she might go out of control again. Gripping her fist, she squeezed her eyes shut hoping the anger would go.
Jack whispered back. "What's wrong with you? You've changed so much since then. You've become so-"
"Cold." she finished. Jack looked Melody in the eye, and the old light that glowed in her eyes some many decades ago, was gone. No joy, no happiness, nothing.
"Thanks Jack. So very much. It's always nice to be reminded that I'm evil." She jumped up abruptly.
"That's not what I meant," he retorted angrily. He unfolded his hands out, his blue eyes containing a remorse beyond words. Melody began to walk away over to her bed. "Melody stop!" he was shouting now. He jumped up as well and extended his hand towards her arm, grasping it tightly.
"Leave me alone." she shouted. The Guardians realized what was going on and jumped into the room, but there were already too late. Melody sung out a painful harmony, and Jack fell onto the wall grimacing in pain, and suddenly he passed out, the pain to unbearable.
Melody left the room, teeming with anger, and realized she never should've come...

Cato x Reader
The gong rings and you leaped forward, your legs pumping as hard as they could and you ran towards the forest, trying to put as much distance as you could between you and the Cornucopia. You made it to the edge of the forest right as the cannons began to blast behind you. You lost track of the count, instead focusing on the handsome District 2 tribute, Cato, oh Cato, with that blond hair, and the muscular body. You weren't scared of him, in fact, you admire his sheer strength, and the dangerous look in his eyes.
He noticed you and ran straight in your direction. You took a couple steps back, then stopedp, and stared towards him. You remember

Heaving shallow and quick breaths, you speed through the forest, your steel double-headed axe in your hand and your loaded backpack bumping against your back.

And it begins. You hadn't even noticed the days gone by, but here you were! in this...lame, grey and red colored uniform, sitting on the side of the training room whilst the higher ups judge you like a dog at a show. You felt your eye's roll as you watched the others (well most of the others) viciously throwing, and climbing and fighting. You had a sword, but really, you were only twirling it in y
